Privacy policy

A short, plain-English explanation of what we hold and why.

What we collect

Your email address and name when you create a parent account. For each child you add: their first name, age, a nickname for their character, and optional notes you write yourself. We also store learning records — check-in results, lessons, quiz answers, levels and progress.

Why we hold it

To write lessons at the right level, adjust difficulty as your child grows, show you their progress, and keep your subscription working. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Children's information

Only a parent or guardian with an account can add a child. Children do not have their own logins, and we ask for the minimum — first name and age — that we need to shape their learning.

Payments

Card details are taken and held by our payment provider on their secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Keeping it safe

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers under access rules that limit each account to its own family's records. Progress is private to the parent account that created it.

Deleting your data

You can remove a child at any time, which deletes their progress, lessons and certificates. You can also close your whole account yourself, whenever you like, from your Account page — that erases your children's records, lessons, progress and attendance straight away. If your Family plan is still renewing, cancel it on your plan page first (also one tap) so no further payments are taken, then close your account.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you and your children. Contact us through the app and we will respond within one month.
